Overview
Our refund and return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including original packaging. Items that show signs of installation or use cannot be returned.
Please note that several items are non-returnable, including:
- Perishable or consumable items (e.g., oils, cleaning agents, etc.)
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids and gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Certain health and personal care items
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as:
- Items returned in a condition not identical to when sold (e.g., damaged or missing parts not due to our error)
- Returns requested more than 7 days after delivery
- Opened or used items, subject to a restocking fee
Refunds

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges

Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued upon return. If the gift wasn’t marked as such or was sent to the gift giver first, any refunds will be processed to the original purchaser.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund.
For high-value returns, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
